[Back to Top]How can I modify a report or graph that is classified as MASTER?
Unless you have rights to modify MASTER class documents, you will need to copy the document into your personal catalogs and modify it there.
Close the Document
Tools - Library
Select the Document Catalog
Then select MF (left side) to copy to PC (right side)
Select the desired document and click on the COPY button highlighted.
Close the Library Tool
The report should now show a class of PERSONAL and can be modified.
NOTE: Since the report was MASTER class, any subsequent changes by the DBA to this report will not be visible to you unless you DELETE the report from your document list. PERSONAL class documents will always override MASTER class documents.

[Back to Top]What is the Export Limit in Analyzer?
There has been some conflicting information on export limits to EXCEL from ANALYZER.
The following information has been taken from various testing and internal resources.
OSA 1.52 - 23,000 cells
If the limit is a problem, you will generally see an ERROR DURING EXPORT; FILE MAY BE TRUNCATED message. You have the option to forego the formatting and do a straight export to file in .TXT or .CSV format in which case this limit does NOT apply. Excel also has a limit to the number of lines it will import before the file will start to overwrite itself.
